Is there any particular place you guys get your locks from ?
I did have a look on ebay but they don't seem to have much from what i can see, they don't even sell picks, must be to do with legal stuff.
You are right, ebay won't sell picks. But the place is full of locks. I see that you are from the UK, so it is pointless to enter "Schlage" or "Kwikset" into your ebay.co.uk search query. These locks are mostly spread throughout the United States. It is quite uncommon, while there are global players for most consumer products like cars, cellphones, electronics, etc. the lock industry is heavily nationalized. In the US you have those Kwiksets, Schlages, etc. you mentioned but you won't find them in the UK. Some of the UK lockies on here might be able to tell you which british manufacturers there are for cylinder pin tumbler locks. I think Bird and Yale are sold in the UK, but don't nail me on that.
I am from Germany, and I get neither of those locks in local hardware stores or ebay. Common german brands are Abus, BKS or Wilka for example...
I suggest you go to ebay and don't enter a search term but browse directly to the locks section to see what is offered. (On main page click "Homa & Garden", then scroll down to find the section "Security" and click "Locks").
