Sorry milan,

What I was trying to figure out was what size tubing you would need to apply tension to the lock, but still have enough room to work inside.

Milan, Without a manufactures name I doubt that you will find out anymore about this particular lock!
A lot of spanish locks are hybrid, even if you had manufactures name there is no saying you would find any specific information about that specific lock.
"TOY" locks in spain are a good example (similar to Abus/Abloy/Luma) they are widely used in spain, the association of locksmiths even has a de-coder for it, but it is still patent pending you will not find any available blue prints for it, and unless you strip it down you will not know how it operates 100%.
Why the obesession with THIS particular lock, if you can explain what your interest in it is perhaps we can help you out some other way.
Try using this translator it may help you with your writing, and enable you to give a little bit more information than your one line questions can, the more informative your questions the more informative the answers http://world.altavista.com/

In case anybody is still interested:

About the tool diameter at:
http://www.locksmith-tools-supply.com/products/products_main214.htm
Rogan Industrial Co., Ltd. give some reference about the diameter of their tool RGN-214 DINO A- Grade Strong Cross Pick(Black Fighter).

I have to say that here in China cross locks are widely used. According to my experience they can be easily picked using a normal wrench (small and short) placed in one of the four sides of the cross. Then a Hook, Diamond or even a Rake pick can be used to set the pins on the 4 sides.

The cross lock pick tools is useful in the versions of locks in wich the lock itself is mounted on the inner side of the door, with a long keyway hole. In this case is really difficult even to see the cross at the front of the lock, and the key itself is very long, problem that limited the diffusion of such "special" versions.

Picking this kind of lock is boring because it locks again after 90 degrees, so it has to be picked 4 times for each complete rotation of the plug. I don't have a plug spinner so I don't know if it can be used and if there is a way to fit it into the keyway but it would be interesting to try.
