brico padlock

i have a brico padlock that i need to open, im new at this. So bear with me, is there any tools i could find arround my home that could help me with this process? :?:

If you look in the garage, you might find a 2lb sledge, with this you could rap the lock and possibly open it. If you look in a toolbox, you may find a hacksaw in which you could cut the hasp holding the lock. If you look in the faqs on this site, and do a search for homemade tools you WILL find the answer you want.
