Master ProSeries 6850

Ok i got this lock off the shed in my back garden ( i was given the lock as long as i put another in its place..So i put a Chubb padlock on, which i cant pick)
So ive been sitting here with my hook for a good 2 hours now, and i still havnt got her open.
Its a really tight keyway, and the key way is at an angle, the lock has been outside for some time, so i guess it needs some TLC.

But i was wondering if anyone had any experience with this type of lock?
the other thing i noticed is, on the body of the padlock it says Masterlock ProSeries 6850, but on the key it says Master7000 :? Any ideas what thats about?
Anyway, heres some pictures of the lock.

5 spool...correct me if im wrong... it shouldnt be that hard to get with some patience; but start with some of this or somthing similar since you say its weathered and also so you dont risk ruining your pick... 8) Image

I'm not sure how experience you are, but heres a animation that should help if your stumped on how spools work http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJk7rcUI-mA

Finally got this lock, i worked out that i was holding the tension wrench against the side and it was catching causing friction, but ive got it all sorted now EXCEPT the one problem i broke it :(... I opend it all up and had a look att the insides, its 6 spools, anyway i was re-pinning it and i dont know how ive done it but ive got a spring stuck down the side of the barrel and now its got all twisted :(

If anyone could tell me what ive done wrong id be really thankfull, so i can learn from my mistakes.
:)
