I have a lockwood deadlock. Last nite, I took it off the door to tighten the faceplate which was rattling loose.
I must have put it back on wrong.
Now, I have the key turned 1/4 way anticlockwise. Enough to unlock the door, but now I can't turn the key either way. I can't take the back off the deadlock either.
What can I do?
