I recently bought a Ingersoll SC1 cylinder lock for £3 from a local carboot in the box with the idea towards trying to pick it. Anyway for some reason whenever I try to search for a subject it never works so I used google and came across this thread about the Ingersoll http://www.lockpicking101.com/viewtopic.php?t=1084&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0
Anyway I didn't want to bring old subjects back to life but it looks like I'm about to...to ask this question....did anyone manage to manipulate/pick this lock without the need for destructive/drilling? and if so was it with any special pick tools?
The reason is I only have picks made from wiper blade inserts and wondered if i should persevere with those?
