Are you talking about their hockey puck locks? At any given time you can usually find a handful of them on ebay, they usually sell for around $10 to $20. If that's not the type of lock you mean, can you post a pic or give some more details?

I know im new to lock picking but I think that would be a hard lock to pick. You have to turn plus pull the cylinder out. I paid 19$ each from mobile mini when I rented there containers.

Do you want to mess with that lock to mess with it or to get into a container? I was thinking about is and when those locks are in use they sit in a recess. There is a handle to the right of the lock. I dont think there us room to get a pick and tension wrench in there.
