American lock 1100 series question

Has anyone ever picked one of these? I can't seem to open this after a few days. Normally I don't have any issues opening new locks.
Attached is some pictures, any helpful suggestions would be appreciated!

This one can be a toughy. It probably has security drivers in there to make a lockpickers life more difficult.

I have a few from the 1200 series. They look similar. I cant give you specifics about 1100 but I wouldnt be surprised if the 1100's are of similar difficulty to the 1200's. The 1200's have serrated drivers, spools and some serrated key pins even.

Seems like a lot of the American Locks have serrated pins for both the drivers as well as the key pins. I wouldn't be surprised if these do too.

Well I was going to tell you to pick it backwards then use a plug spinner then I saw the picture and that won't work. I have almost that same lock and I can get the plug to turn when it is unlocked. I have only picked it once while it was locked, the shackle puts a too much presure on the cylinder to feel the serrated pins(for me anyway). I have had other locks that did that and I could hold the shackle down while I picked it but it takes me too long to pick an american lock.

well i've disassembled it and you are all correct.. I am also able to pick this easily when opened now that I have tried!

I took a picture of some of the pins, check these out

the ones that make contact with the key/picks I didnt take a picture of.. they accidently fell on the floor.. but they were also serrated lol I found 4 of them the other one is lingering amongst the dust critters.

Yeah I've lost many pins like that in the past. Still do. But after a few years you get used to it and just can't care anymore.

lol yes I suppose, I also tried picking it front to back just a moment ago, it is quite a bit easier.. However I broke my plug spinner a while back so.. no luck there! Maybe I should make one.. I've been designing my own picks for about 5 years, I might as well make those too!

if anyone is interested.. after a few hours of practicing with 1 pin, 2 pin, 3, 4, 5, I was able to pick this while the lock was closed.. Just a matter of feeling for the right tension against the powerful spring loader against the cylinder..
and interestingly! this specific model has room for inserting another pin for a grand total of 6 pins... maybe ill set it up lol..
