Looking at the key, it's a fairly tricky pinning, so that's good.
Better yet, it looks like the core is removable so you can pin it any way you want.

Kryptonite didn't do many laptop locks, though, that's Kensington with a similar K logo...

I love these kryptonite locks. They are now made by schlage I believe, and come standard in the C keyway. The best thing about them though, is that they are easily compatible with most kik inserts. I've got mine on an assa twin. Needless to say, I haven't picked it since the switch was made.

it requires light tension.

Think of it as an uptight American lock.

The fact that it has deep serrated pins makes it a pain.

When I find it difficult to pick this lock, I reverse pick it.

craptonite

Postby raimundo » 20 May 2008 9:37

Someone showed me a couple of new kraptonite locks that were copies of the round body american, I tried briefly to pick it and did not succeed. I would expect it to respond like what it looks like, an american padlock, it has a black anodyzed body or whatever you call it when its on steel not aluminum.
Wake up and smell the Kafka!!!
