I have a padlock, the masterlock 528 that has that same keyway, except its a gun lock. The lock is a piece of crap, try a half diamond, and you'll probably get it open in about 30 secs. The one I have has 2 spool pins in it, if that helps.

well designed, but very poorly /cheaply constructed locks.
the tolerances are total slop,for some reason.
"the more you pick the more you open...the more you open,the more you pick"
