removed the keypins and did not replace them? Then reassembled the lock
without them? this means that only the top pins are in the lock and they are being pushed down into the plug, with the springs crossing the shearline, thats fookdup. You may be able to save it if you get a file and some thin metal stock to cut a comb pick from.

reach into the lock with a hook and feel each position, there should be normal spring tension on any collumn that is not fubar.

beyond makeing a combpick all I can think of is some very tricky use of a cylinder shim. I would go with the comb pick.

After you have worked this out, you will have learned something and be able to think things through better before you make this mistake agaiin.

Also you can try lifting all the top pins together by inserting a pick upside down then tension the lock to try trap the pins on the shear line, then with a hook pick push the top pins as high as you can one by one above the shear line, also you can make a shim and lift the top pins starting from the back of the lock and using the shim to hold them in place, this is what I have done when I did what you have done.

If you use the search button and look up shim you should be able to find a couple of things to use for this.
