against surreptitious physical attack:
Sargent & Greenleaf Model 833 with Medeco core

against physical attack and picking:
Abloy PL362 with Protec core

Then there's the V-90 and V-103 with EVVA 3KS or Protec cylinders. Those who know what I'm talking about, KNOW what I'm talking about.

Yes there is a way to put Protec into my pl362 Exec, however the Protec core requires a sleeve/carrier that the discs sit in and then it is all dropped in from the top of the padlock. I heard that sleeve is expensive unless you order a box of them.

Unless you're asking if there is a way to get a Protec core into the S&G 833c. That's a project someone here was actually working on. You would need a custom milled tailpiece/plug as well as a modification to the bottom of the padlock so the key had enough of an opening to insert and rotate, and possibly a modification to the key bow in order for the key to enter deep enough into the 833 so it could engage all the discs.

or did you mean a Protec core in the Master No.3 ?

I believe it comes with the padlock, I also recommend Ingersoll 10-Detainer Padlocks that are very high quality and highly pick resistant.
