What is my next lock?

Information about locks themselves. Questions, tips and lock diagram information should be posted here.

What is my next lock?

Postby archosaur » 5 Nov 2009 21:05

Hi,

I'm relatively new to lockpicking but I've run out of locks and I'm wondering what the next level up is.

Essentially, I can pick anything you can buy at Lowe's, which isn't much. I just don't know where else to go.
I have 2 little brass luggage locks, a Master #5, and a Master #15.

What's next?

thanks.

Also try ebay... I've got a ton of stuff off there and it's usually pretty cheap. I picked up a brand new Yale 210 and a Kryptonite (still packaged), for around £8 each the other day. Seriously good deal especially since you can't buy kryptonites anywhere over here. Also try flea markets, never been to one myself but I've seen some impressive hauls that guys have brought back from those. :)

i sell my reclaimed locks on ebay that have been removed on the job.

Mostly euro cylinders, theyre all used/worn so will be a little more difficult to pick as require cleaning out beforehand.
