It's not for sale, why would you assume it is?

They sell for $12 to $20 on ebay. Have a good and see if there are any for sale this week.

One would first need to know whose labels those are on the packaging and for that matter whose packaging that is before you can even pose the question as to whether or not it is a GS100 lock...

If that is an American Lock Co. package with an American Lock Co. label on it then it could be inferred to be a GS100 lock...

If it is a DoD label on a DoD package then it doesn't matter what type of American Lock is it, the government procurement people have determined it meets the required specifications and are calling it a GS100 lock regardless of what it actually is or which supplier it came from...
