There are 2 types of anti snap lock, sacrificial and reinforced. A sacrificial cylinder will snap off centre, leaving some of the cylinder and cam intact... unfortunately with some basic tools it can still be snapped out properly after this point, but they're still more secure than a standard cylinder I guess.
Most of the reinforced ones are junk and only prevent snapping vertically OR horzontally - not both. Completely useless in my opinion, but there are some exceptions. The Milenco Magnum and GeGe pExtra LAM are supposedly very good, so you might wanna look at those.
