Hi,
Am a new lock-picker, have opened wafer(?) drawer locks and common padlocks and am practicing everyday to the point that drawer locks take less than 10 secs to pick.
I was wondering if car locks are picked in generally the same way as padlocks? Are they pin-cylinder locks also?
And lastly, I haven't tried picking a dead bolt lock yet, but are they harder to pick than normal locks? Do you need a stronger tensioning tool for instance? (I'm just imagining..)
Thanks for any new info! BTW my only tool is a small "KGB-7" from southern specialties. (1 small tension tool, 5 or 6 different type picks, I think one of them is a key extractor...)
BTW, how do you use a key extractor and what does it look like?
Thanks again for any help!
