The TRI-PIK practice mount shown below (fig. 1-a) can hold up to three cylinders at a time. The base has sink holes so you can mount it to your work bench seamlessly. One of the features I greatly appreciate is the lock mounts are all plastic. The mounts are also designed to hold a larger variety of locks as well as cutouts. (fig. 2-a)

Now the TRI-PIK mount was not purchased as a single unit. I purchased Locksmith Package B Which came with the three cylinders you see above. It came with a 3 - Pin Stack Cylinder (fig. 2-a), a 5 - Pin Stack Cylinder (fig. 2-b) and a 5 - Pin Stack Cutaway Cylinder (fig. 2-c). Both Cylinders without the cutaway were stamped on the face of the plug "3" and "5" to indicate how many pins are inside.

Each of the cylinders come with a working key (fig. 3-a). They are labeled as follows; 3, 5, 5x. Again this is to determine the number of pins are inside of its designated cylinder (fig. 3-b).

Now, as a practice cylinder package deal I should test how they feel. I am using the Southord DeForrest Half-Ball Pick with a Handmade Tensor (fig. 4-a). It didn't take too long to get through these. (Fig. 4-b).

(fig. 4-b)
I was very satisfied that I no longer had to hold my cylinder and tensor in one hand with pick in the other. I also enjoy the ability to throw in Three cylinders and practice different locks at one time. I feel as though that feature may reduce boredom. The cutaway lock was very helpful because I was able to finally learn the sound and feel of a setting pin. When I completed the cutaway cylinder, the 5 - Pin was a piece of cake.
Snag one of these packages today if you feel you are no good at picking. Trust me, its worth every penny.
