I wish I had taken pictures of the safes that were brought down from upstairs when a company moved out. They were originals from when the company started over 100 years ago. They were beautiful. I wouldn't have known about it but I had to supervise one of my guys who was using our outdoor forklift to get them off the dock and onto a smallish trailer they had.
From the look of that photo. The lock is about 100 years old. I'd guess a hole change type. so even thou the dial has more then 100 the possible combinations would be less then a current model s&g 3 wheel.
