Enlighten me LockPicking101 community. What are inside these locks (pinwise) ? My girlfriend just bought them for me and I'm very excited about them.

The Master 410 should have 5 spools and one standard - pretty crazy for a plastic lock from Master. The American will have a combination of serrated and serrated spool drivers and serrated key pins - the mix seems to be somewhat random and depends on the bitting I believe.
