Let’s get some sense of scale. Here is a Master #3 next to my hand:

Yeah, little, dinky POS.
OK, here is an American 5200 padlock…

Meh. Alright. OK, Now for a Man’s lock - S&G Environmental Padlock!

Man’s lock? Only if the ‘man’ is a wimp!! What does a real man use? Pit Bull.

Yeah, now we’re talkin’ a real man’s lock! A couple more shots for scale:

It would eat those other locks for a snack!

So what is this lock used for? Propellers, of course!

The lock is adjustable from pretty small closed size:

To pretty wide open size:

Yes, those three locks are spaced apart, and still the Pit Bull is large enough to eat them all. The lock opens wider, but it does not look like it would hold on to anything wider.
The lock cylinder itself looks like a vending t-handle size lock inside a sleeve.

Maybe I’ll pop the tubular lock out and put in a TuBar.

This eBay purchase was brought to you courtesy of ARF-GEF, who helped me out while I was on a camping trip. Many thanks, ARF-GEF!!!

P.S. - as to the question title of the thread - of course not!
