Jamaican locks

Postby nickmannnxx » 15 Feb 2015 15:32

So I have a question for those of you who have been around the block a few times. I wasnt sure where to ask so if it needs moved thats fine.

Im going to Jamaica in April for vacation. While down there I plan on shopping around for some locks that I wouldn't originally have access to. I guess hit up a few locksmiths. Does anyone have any idea of brands that I may come across and what to look for, or avoid. I tried searching Jamaican locks on google, but it all links to Jamaican hairstyles lol.

Last time I was there all I ever saw was Kwikset and Schlage knock off's.

There were some profile cylinders on gates, but nothing special.

We have family that lives there and their house has Schlage F-Series on it.

Enjoy the island air. Looking forward to seeing "Jamaican " locks. ...
