So funny story with that 833c.. the key that was stuck was the right key even tho it wouldn't turn it. The key itself had a small bend in it. So small I didn't even notice it. I found this out after someone picked it open. Apperently medeco's do not like bent keys.

Hahahaha love that movie. Great call thanks man. I'll keep you all posted on how I go trying to free up the guts of the lock and hopefully one day getting it to open.

I would suggest another term of the soup treatment followed immediately by attempting to flush the keyway with hot water.
If that doesn't loosen things up, careful irrigation with WD-40 is probably be the next step as it is least likely (at least, of the solvents I am familiar with) to damage anything important.
If that is insufficient to free things up then alcohol or acetone may be your only choice.
