Old Ruko padlock blank needed

Postby nickmannnxx » 3 Jun 2015 17:30

I recently purchased this old Ruko padlock. Im having trouble finding any information about it, especially what blank it uses. It came with out a key so I would like to try my hand at impressioning it. So if anyone knows anything please let me know. Thanks.

That's a nice find Nick. I think it's time you started putting together a collection thread!!

Sorry I have no idea on a blank though.

I am fairly sure it's an ilco RK1, as this is the only one that makes sense. I don't know how difficult it would be to get in the U.S.. That's a nice little padlock by the way.

Beautiful old padlock! Very nice!
How's it pick - lots of spools? Have you picked it?

Love to see a photo of the other Ruko stuff you scored.

It would be cool if it was one of the classic 500 series that has the sleeved core with elongated holes. Probably wouldn't be picking it any time soon.

I have picked it twice. There are atleast 4 spools. Its a bit of a challenge!

Ill post the rest of my score when I get the chance.
