If you need a "sub assembled" brass padlock for a specific application, we would need some more info, such as... Zero bitted or takes an IC core or something like that. Or what its going to be used for.
The Corbin PL5000 Padlock i bought is nothing like the photos in this post, it have a removable core and is one of the best made padlocks i have ever owned.... but they are $65 a piece!!!

3 or 4 pin is fine.
I DON'T want a rekeyable padlock.
Must NOT contain an IC core
Size isn't praticularly important but 40mm - 50mm is about right.
Once the stacks are loaded, the lock is essentially sealed.
Not sure I can give you more details than this.
