Master / Fortress Lock Security Pins

Postby adi_picker » 2 Mar 2016 5:01

Gday Guys,

So I got my first lock open via SPPing today, and it was a little bit of a surprise! I got a loud click on each of the pins, but the d@mn thing still wouldnt open. I gave them all another going over thinking it was just my inexperience, and found some feedback on a few of the pins. A second click on a couple and bammo, she was open.

I just had to have a look to see if they really were spools, or if it was just my imagination. Heres what I found inside.

Is this normal of these cheap Chinese locks these days?

Heres the lock in question.

And here it is after I tapped my holes and inserted grub screws so I can keep it for someone else to crack.

Just a heads up for anyone that may come across this one, spools ahoy!

Never seen anyone make a practice lock out of a solid brass padlock. Nicely done!

Just when you finally think you have learned it all, that is when you learn that you don't know anything yet.
