It looks like a Medeco cam lock. If you can't find a key on ebay your best bet is to go to a locksmith and see if they will cut one for you.

The trouble is that Medeco Biaxial is available in dozens of keyways, some nationally available at any Medeco locksmith, some regional, and some very restricted. What kind of equipment is this lock on and where are you located?

It would be cheaper/easier to buy a new lock with keys than to source a blank for this (Medeco blanks only sold to locksmiths, if you find them on ebay theyre pretty much grey area and who knows if it will fit when it comes in. Then you have to consider if your lock has 3, 4 or 5 pins inside, and learning how to cut Medeco angles onto a blank.

Remove existing lock, measure how deep it is, take note of the cam size and bends on the end of it, you may be reusing the cam if the new cylinder doesnt include the proper one.

Nothings ever easy

I wonder if that might be an electrical switch lock vs a cam lock.

Hope the OP stops by soon.
