I designed a mecanism to make off the shelf locks unpickable

It works by blocking access to the keyway before tension can be applied, its so simple that im pretty sure there are no workarounds possible (except decoding because i used a wafer lock but that can be fixed by replacing it with a good pintumbler so that's not the mechanisms fault )

That is an interesting design. I can think of a couple of rather easy destructive method to open it quickly without drilling, grinding or sawing. But non-destructive, it seems to be a good idea. But your tolerances for the blocking vertical slider would need to be rather tight to prevent tensioning, especially if you went to a pin tumbler mechanism.
