How to open?

Postby Jackdaw » 31 Jan 2005 13:32

The cylinder lock in your pic would be picked like any other pin lock.

I would use a lifter and I like a not felxable tention tool. (thats what I would use) I may also pop in the odd computer pick set I have not the HPC one but another one I have which has about 30 or so.

I would also see how the cylinder would respond to a pick gun see I could use the trick off forcing all the pins down then let the snap/vibrate the up.

Once open I mean the cylinder would turn, you need to see if the lock has a clutch if it has you need to use a lift to push right through the cylinder to be able to turn the lock it self.

let me know if that is useful
as regards the other one you show the key for I will post a reply when I get chance.

regards jackdaw
