I was bored again ( it seems im bored 24/7 :( )

I made this cutawat with a dremel tool and a hacksaw, im planning to clean the edging up a bit though. It seems im better at making picks though :(

That last photo seems to look better for the soft focus, the focus on the first one makes it look a bit like you gnawed it with yer buck teeth. :D

Good job on the lock. When I make cutaway locks I use a milling machine. It's a little more convenient.

what type of cutting disks did you use on the dremel?

i want to make a few cuttaways of some high security cam locks i have... but dont know how :(

The useless ones provided with the dremel tool, cutting through brass they are ok, but as soon as they touch spring steel they suddenly break :cry:

i have to make one on my bilocks, but again i don't know how to cut it :(

can someone that is a locksmith servicing bilock post a pic of a cutway that they are provided with?

i know whatcha mean... i want to make one out of a Miwa high security cam lock (one of those magnet locks...)... not sure exactly what to do though. :(

maybe i'll just cut it up and take pictures of anything that looks half interesting

I have a padlock very similar to that that I'm having troubly picking. I know abus likes to use security pins. Is there anything else about that lock that makes it difficult?

That lock? difficult, no no way.

it's as easy as pie here in australia no spools no security what so ever.

to up the security level the just stick a nice paracentric cylinder in the mix.

No security pins? Interesting, in the US I've seen these locks with spool pins- from the factory. Hooray for regional differences.
