That's a sweet cutaway n2oah! You've done an excellent job and I wouldn't have known it was a custom one if you wouldn't have told me!

Don't ask
I basically guesstimated on the whole project. I cut on inner part of the lock first, since the chrome sheath comes off. After that, I guessed where the cutaway part of the lock met up with the sheath. I cut as far as I could, then I knocked the parts I couldn't cut out with the hammer and chisel. For the finishing, I sanded it down with a small dremel bit, then finished it off with some 300g sandpaper.

Cutaways are quite difficult without a mill, but I can manage. I used a bench grinder to do the bible. I did all of the cutting on the sheath with the cutting disk on the right. of the photo below.
Here are the dremel bits I used:
I would estimate this cutaway took a total of 20 hours, but it seems like a short time when you're watching That's So Raven.

Hey, that's so neat! I'm bidding!
EDIT: Normally I wait till the end, but if it drives the price up for you, I'm sure you'll be happier! It's over $75 now.
EDIT2: Is there just one key?

Bah, I was sniped with 1 second to go!
Still, it got you an extra $10.
Nice workmanship, shame I'll not see it closer up!
