i also have been plugging my local habitat for humanity restore.
i go myself at least once a week,as you never know when a truck full of donated storefront glass doors
chock full of ASSA mortise cylinders..=)
it really pays to frequent the spot,and the prices =0 cant be beat...plus you are also helping charity.

yea i went on saturday. kwikset deadbolts for 12$ and a schlage deadbolt for 10$ ... nothing i dotn already have.. so i'm saving my 25% off coupon for my next visit.

Not to dredge up an old post went through the restore in seattle today for some locks. Came out with got 2 weissers, 3 schlages, 2 kwiksets, 1 kwikset titan, a yale, and 7 no names. I'll post some pictures of the haul later when i have my camera, but all in all I feel pretty good about 18 locks for 8 dollars.

Was really happy to ind the 3 schlages and the titan those should keep me occupied for a while. Some of the no name mortice cylinders I picked up feel like they are pretty well built so we will see how hard they are to pick.

You guys are lucky I went down to my local restore today and all they sold were knobs, just plain door knobs.
