American R2 keys blanks?

Having the cylinder / keys with you is probably enough proof of ownership. They will have to provide you with a NEW key code. They will probably not be able to use existing keys.

Having them rekeyd and buying all new keys would be more expensive than replacing the cylinders with something unrestricted.

At least it would be around here.

You could actually use an SC19 key blank to fit the cylinder or an 1145L. It works, cause I do it!
