Thanks for the lesson on what key retension is for, I will make the lock for my mother in laws storage shed key retaining to remind her to relock it. She always forgets to relock it because she takes the key out... its on her key ring with all her other keys. I'm going to tell her that she can't get her keys back until she locks it back on the shed, she won't think to lock it on something just to get her key out.
