First shim was too long and didn't fit. Made a second one (instead of just trimming down the first... dumb) and shimmed it open in about 45 seconds. Second time was about 10 seconds and now its barely a 5 second job.
Awesome. The only problem is the beercan shims bend/tear very easily so a few uses and its done. I guess they only take a minute to make as well so fair trade.
My girlfriend was not impressed.
