Nice! Does the EVVA cylinder have a sidebar or security pins?

It looks much better than it is. Passive sidebar, no security pins. I thought it had serrations, I kept oversetting it. Just a well made 5-pin lock.

Ok, I was wondering since I jusr got a hold of a EVVA scandinavian oval cylinder and was intregued what the serrations in the key was for.

Couldn't get the pics in my last post to show, photobucket was playing up on me. So here they are.

Thanks mate, I appreciate it. I've picked a fair amount of stuff.
A few Medeco's, ASSA Twins, MTL's, Corbin Emhart, Trioving. All fun stuff, plus all the low-sec stuff Americans, Yales, Corbin, Schlage, etc.

In essence the Hi-Shear is just a Medeco Classic with a giant body. I'd say the body makes it more difficult because it does dampen feedback a little bit. Not too much though, I think people just get intimidated by S&G locks and Hi-Shear's because of how big and heavy they are.

Just picked a Master Lock No532! I just love that little rush you get when the last pin sets and the plug begins to turn.

Just picked a Meroni UFO. Tubular lock took about 25 minutes

I picked a No. 1 Masterlock and some generic doorknob locks...Nothing particularly difficult as far as I can tell, but I am working my way up there. I was very proud of myself though!!! (and that's all that counts, right? :D )

Two Schlage Everest. I know these are basic stuff, but it's the first time I came across them.

Cheers :)

Nice job on the Everest's, they may be basic but they tend to have higher tolerances than regular Schlage.

Thanks Chris,

these are good for waking up my fingers... one nice thing is to bet if the lock is picked before inserting the extra small half diamond to lift the hidden pin 8)

Cheers :)
