I've been a busy boy today :D
I've picked two safes at work, one Trioving door-cylinder, one Abus 65/30, one Burg-Wächter Atlantic, one Burg-Wächter Mango, Two Yale Y110/40s, a few Masters and a Abus 60/40
Once upon a time, there was a lovely little sausage called `Baldrick', and it lived happily ever after.

Today I managed to pick my Schlage Primus. Took a while, but I'm glad I didn't give up!

I've been busy at work lately and haven't had a chance to post anything so this may be a pile of spam. If these don't show let me know, but I'm pretty sure I set them all to public viewing.

For the TL;DR on the rest;
Corbin LFIC to control sleeve, US Lock restricted keyway and LSDA restricted keyway mortise cylinders, Schlage E cylinder, Schlage 1246 keyway LFIC, and a corbin mortise cylinder. I still have a pile of other cores I'm working on including a 7pin Best 'E', 6pin Best '1D', and a random Lori and KABA knob cyilinder. The KABA cylinder is especially nasty w/ a very narrow and quite 'winding' keyway.

A custom modified lock by Raymond. The first time I picked it it took 90ish minutes. Not an easy lock to pick.

Raymond pointed out that I didn't explain why I used bottom tension. Which was to bind the sleeve and the plug together, in an attempt to eliminate the false shear line.

I got this Wise Lock without a key from a fellow lockpicker.
After picking it I knew how the key has to look like.
So I bought two original keys on ebay and filed one down so that it operates the lock.

The left one shows how both keys looked like when I bought them.
The right one is the key that now operates the lock.

I've been fighting with this old U-Change cylinder for a while now. Due to the mechanisms inside the feel on them seems completely different from a standard cylinder. I've got a stack of about 10-12 more of these, by the time I get them all maybe I will have figured it out.

Folger Adams Mogul Cylinder. Very interesting lock, I'm still trying to find a large enough follower to take this apart and see how it's guts work.

Wa1ker00: Nice job on the old Folger Adam!

I used a HI-Lighter as a plug follower on mine:

PS. Keep that old ADAM cylinder, it's from the 1960s (or so I was told by an old locksmith who gave me one that looks just like yours)

Really cool lock! Has a secondary sleeve to create a false sheer line. Didn't have anything nearly large enough to take that sleeve out but I imagine it has some sort of timing/cam function against the face of the lock that prevents the lock from fully rotating if you pick it to the false sheer. The only other function I can think of for the secondary sleeve would be a 'masterkey' or 'lockout' function. I've never gotten to see one of these locks installed and in action so I'm honestly not sure. I'll have to try and get some time to take it back apart again and take that secondary sleeve out to see exactly what function it serves.

Definitely agreeing that this is an old school lock. Ball bearings with master pins to form the bottom pins, spool pins the size of small tables, and then almost .300 driver pins. You really don't see stuff like this any more.

@wa1ker00:

Some of those Folger Adams Mogul cylinders were available with what was called "LCK" Limited Control Key which is essentially a Master Key used by the guards/staff and the LCK change key used by the inmates on certain types of prison grade mortise locksets... The cylinders operate much like Corbin Russwin master ring cylinders in that the Master Key operates at the ring/sleeve and the LCK used by the inmates operates at the plug and is restricted from rotating both ways by a pin installed in the master ring so that the LCK can not project or retract the deadbolt function but only retract the latch by blocking the motion of the cam... This sort of arrangement is useful in lower security correctional facilities where the prisoners have less supervision and are only locked in their cells at night...
