Nice, and Congrats on picking it. I think I remember someone saying something about those having 5 spool pins? Maybe I'm wrong...
By the way... I have to add that that thing looks quite massive. Much bigger than the Abus I have, bu, then again, I have never seen some of the larger end ones.

It's rated lower than the 85/70

I'd doubt that - it uses a disc mechanism, and if you actualy pick that you get props from me. 7 discs, of which every one has at least 2 false cuts.

Essentialy a safe combination lock operated by a key - the key turns each disc the correct amount, so the sidebar can fall into each gate. The false cuts make it harder since it's difficult to tell if you have the gate aligned or not.
The insides look something like this:
I need to finish the cut-away soon, it needs some cleaning up - unsteady hand with a Dremel to blame.

Thanks, but I need to clean it up and get the shape a bit better - as it stands it is fully functonal, , but I'd like it to look good.
A smooth file to remove the marks, and some wet&dry paper should haelp matters.

But will also remove the chrome plating, right?
Anyway, are you going to sell it?

Yeah, that's unfortunate really - the lock will end up being brass on one side.
I have a use for it first, but I may sell it on later.

Don't worry, your dremel hand will steady up with enough use. Now I can barely feel the nicks and cuts my dremel gives me!

For the type of lock it is i would use a drill press and a larger drill bit, as it would look alot cleaner and prettier.
Here is one of my older disklock cutaways (easier but you will have to be more precise about depth etc.)
