Hey all,

Heres what I was working on while I should have been studying for exams. Anyways, this is far more interesting, :D

man, that is a Beautiful cutaway, I especially like the picture second from the bottom, just beautiful.

You know, if you really want a cutaway like that, I believe the inside of a VAN lock would work perfectly. THe slots are already cut, all you need is a washer at the back to keep the springs in ;-)

Why would any manufacturer make those cuts?
Are they of any use, besides demonstration?

Actually, the VAN lock would only supply the brass section at the read. If you wanted the cutaways on the front section, you would still need to do those.

I don't know why vans are cut like that, though.
