There is a pin in the side that you will have to drill out and replace after repining. After you get the cylinder out you will need to remove the plug. In the back of the plug you will see a slot with a hole in it. There is a pin in the cylinder at the top that rides in this groove that holds the plug in and only allows it to turn 1/4 of a turn to the right. You can get to this pin by entering the back of the plug with a short hook pick. Just push it down with it unlocked and it will slide out.
