ok, im kinda new at this but heres how i rekeyed a weiser door lock with only a key, and one pick...(and the pins  )

opened the door
inserted the pick to the back of the plug, pushing as hard as i could on the spring loaded thing...
twisted the inside door knob
removed the pick, the door was locked in place by the inner knob, the spring loaded thing was pulled out of place on the inside
inserted the key
twisted the key 90degrees, pulled, and the shell came out
used a standard AA battery to remove the plug
changed the pins

done :D

Nicely done, here's a slightly different method, (but still does the job).

1. Pick the lock counter clockwise about 20 degrees or so.
2. Leave tension wrench in, insert pick all the way to the back, press gently but firm.
3. Apply counter clockwise tension to about 45 degrees, the "cylinder" (plug+shell) will pop right out, then go about the rest of the procedure in the usual fashion. Works pretty slick. :)

Nice job.
