nice video .
the only mistake made was marking the keyhole with the lock body on the high side and then roccommending the same for the other side the door.

problem is the reveal is most likely 3/16 diffrent and will result in the through hole not being perpendicular to edge of the door

"Fit the mortice into it's recess" - Aaaagh!!

It's a lock not a mortice. The recess IS the mortice - that's what a frickin' mortise is!

Also:

A cylinder night latch lock locks itself automatically as the door is closed. The latch it unleashes cannot be forced back without a key


My mica card says differently!

The videos are not bad, but the narration is littered with simple errors which drive me nuts, like referring to the door as 'the lock' or 'drilling in' screws.
