Anybody know anything about this brand? Are they still around?

I have a Keil brand deadbolt and Ive never heard of them before, the lock looks old and Ive had it for awhile now im sure...no security pins though so I never messed with it till I started going through all my locks...

I once had one of thier key cutting machines, that is a very old american lock company which probably got swollowed by the big dogs long ago, good quality locks, they once advertized them as pickproof but got sued and had to stop saying that, they are not pickproof.
Wake up and smell the Kafka!!!
