Rekey a set of Abus Plus 88/50

I've several Abus Plus 88/50 padlocks keyed alike, but a single key and no keycard. Given what I know, I'm unlikely to get someone to duplicate the single existing key (although that would be the ideal solution to my problem. Absent that option, anyone know of a locksmith who will rekey three padlocks, supply three keys, and a new keycard to keep me out of this problem in the future? I'm in the SF bay area.

I know www.bayarealocks.com deals with high security cylinders. He does have some Abus products listed on the website, so maybe he has the tools/parts to do it?

Found a vendor who will decode the key, make me duplicates, and provide the keycode should I need additional copies later. Just took a little hunting via Google.
