hi i want to know how to remove the pins on my 5 pin tumbler as i hear people talking about it but have no idea how to do it as i want to removve pins the add pis to pratise picking as im new to this thanks. If you want pictres just ask.

If you search the forums you will find many threads about this subject. For more specific info here we need to know what brand and type of lock you have. They are not all the same.

OK so i managed to remove the barrel but the thing i was using to hold down to bottom pins slipped and have come out how can i fix this or can i not.

You need a plug follower, and some top loading tweezers.
