hello there first padlock opening thread some may laugh at this but what the heck it may be usefull for some.
in the uk halfords is a majour brand for those who didnt know
and they do some security products for bikes so i thought id try and pick it pin by pin and i thought i wouldd rake the lock aswell.
so at first i applied light tension and went pin by pin once i hit the third or fourth pin it opend . for my second attempt i tried heavy tension and went pin by pin on the fourth pin it opend . both attempts took about five seconds to 30 seconds
to rake the lock i tried at first light tension it took me about ten seconds but it opend for my second attempt at rakeing i applied heavy tension this would not open the lock after ten miniutes
the lock itself was cheaply made and the key had made in china stamped on it so i didnt expect much i prefer u.s locks there much better quality
