SAICOSS or SRICOSS

I have a key to a bicycle cable lock. On the key the word SAICOSS or SRICOSS is written. Does anyone know of such a lock-making company? How should I get in touch with them? I have the key and the cable lock. I would like to make a copy of the key, but no locksmith around here seems to have the blank needed.
I would appreciate any help in this matter.

It's Saicoss probably and this question was asked a few years ago on this forum here

Other than it is a wafer mechanism there isn't much info about it.

My guess is you're going to be out of luck obtaining a copy of that particular key, but you never know someone may say different.
