to Mr maintenance guy, you got your point in some way, that case is if Materials availability is nearby and easily acquired. On the other hand, there are countries that materials of some kind (like lock pins) isn't available right away. And requisitioning take months to come.Then this sorter Has a benefit at hand. regards.
