Funny thing is if they are ones the Home Security is labeled as Classroom, while the Tell Manufacturing is labeled Storeroom so same thing.

Classroom and storeroom would be the function of the lock, classroom should be free all the time on the inside and lock/ unlock from the outside, storeroom should be free all the time on the inside and opened by the key only on the outside. As for being the same brand, they do look the same so most likely would come from the same factory.

So a stormroom lock you put in the key, unlock the door and just push the door to open or do you have to turn the knob?

Key retracts the latch so the knob will stay locked all the time.
