The second one is a VAN lock. Search for that as there have been a couple topics on them. The first one reminds me of a security bolt some fool posted a picture of that was aparently on his cable hookup box. I can't really make it out because of the blurriness of the picture but it looks like a standard 7 pin tubular lock.
