Identifying an old Yale Lock

Postby UnlockD » 17 May 2011 0:43

Picked this up at a flea market last year and figured it was about time I found out what it was and or how to pick it. :lol:
I`m unsure of a good way to restore this lock, hence its present condition. It`s not visible in the pictures but on the back it reads
``THE YALE &TOWNE MFG CO
Made in Canada``
Anyways, below are links to pictures of said lock.
Any input is highly appreciated, thanks.

@UnlockD:

That is a lock you should ask our fellow LP101 member Lauren about...

Ahh yes, the Yale 9465 6 lever padlock.

Lag420 do you need to get into it for a reason or just for picking practice? It's not the ideal beginner practice lock.

you can use wires or you can make a key or several keys and hope one of them works.
